Great management!!
June 3, 2017Love this place!! I have been here for nine years and have lived in four apts in the bldg. I have never hr been able to hear my neighbors like what has been described. On the contrary, I feel like I am alone in the building sometimes it is so quiet. In fact, my apartment is right next to the hall/stairwell and I hardly hear it. My bed actually sits on the wall the entrance door is attached to. I can barely hear it open and shut. This is a fabulous place to live.Review from Apartments.com

April 26, 2016Today I just signed my third lease for West Willow Wood Apartments. I have truly enjoyed living here, and am excited to start year number three. I call this place home, and get many compliments when friends and family stop over to visit. Management is excellent! They are easy to contact and very approachable. I have had a few minor issues with kitchen appliances; however these problems were fixed within hours! The building is always clean, which is nice to come home to. I love having my ...own bedroom and bathroom, plus the washer/dryer and double garage are a bonus! The building is quiet, plus it is in a great location! NO STARS! I'd say it was a "nightmare" if I'd ever been able to sleep to have any!!!
March 15, 2016This place looks nice and new but some sections are filled horrible neighbors! My sleep was so badly affected my performance at work actually began to suffer--and I'm normally a heavy sleeper! My bedroom had pipes or something rattling and banging in the walls, the wall my headboard was against shared a wall with the stairwell and people pounded loudly up and down the stairs all night, people parked under the windows with car stereos pounding late and the upstairs/downstairs neighbors were the ...WORST! I'll never live below anyone again because of this place and it didn't help the walls/ceilings were paper thin. Brats above washing with loud machine until 2am and coming home late slamming, crashing around, dropping heavy things on floor and using high power blender at 12am, moved in month or two after us and unpacked in their bedrooms above ours all night long, slamming boxes around. Day time when I'd try to do homework downstairs lady had her T.V. so loud I could find what she was watching on my own T.V. word-for-word plus her weird visiting family came and went out the ground floor patio door slamming it shut super hard so I couldn't even take naps in the afternoon to get relief on my days off. If you think I'm exaggerating like my friend did.... well, he visited one day and he'd just sat down and I'd handed him a cup of coffee. Suddenly someone above us SLAMMED something down super hard and he startled so bad he spilled the coffee! Friend: "Do you have Godzilla living above you?!" And yes, we did complain, especially about them washing clothes night after night until after midnight (the washers/dryers are in the pantries which, surprise--are wall and ceiling adjacent to my bedroom! Everyone claimed it was because their washer was broken and taking too long to do cycles but I smell something fishy. Why would you not report a cycle taking that long after the first few times and what's more--why would you keep washing so late?! We ended up moving out early and risking paying useless rent while we looked for a new home. Worse apartment experience ever and I've lived in a lot of them! None were ever THIS noisy! I'm not an unreasonable person I don't expect to never hear anything of my neighbors but there's occasional noise and there was this whole sleepless nightmare. Also had everyone at my new job I'd just start think I was a dud of an employee because I was always so out of it and exhausted from lack of sleep.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
