These apartments are awesome!

Have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience. I ended up needing to transfer units in order to have more space. The transfer process was super easy and management really cares about helping you out and making these apartments a nice little community.
The price is a little steep for what you get, but that's just Seattle. The units are decently sized and definitely have a modern look on the inside.
Would totally recommend to anybody looking for a new place!

Lived here for five years. Always had trouble with old management and maintenance. New owners and management have really turned things around. The buildings are a lot nicer inside and out and it feels safer and really updated without any big rent increase. For afordable living in this area, the apartments are really nice.

I have lived here since 2014 and the apartments have been quiet but a little old. New owners came in and remodeled everything! I love the gray floors and new landscaping and the new owners so far seem nice and like they care about the property. I pay a lot less then most people in West Seattle so I plan to stay here as long as I can.
