I'd highly recommend if they change the parking situation where each apartment has 1-2 assigned parkings because the parking was awful there and that is the main reason why I left.

Having little problem regarding trash as hAve to take trash all away out of apartmen. There should be a trash management system or a big trash bin inside apartment. Also at night light is not enough outside on streets on few sides.
