I have been a resident at this property for over four years and it has become unpleasant to live here. It is dirty, there are no upgrades at all for when you renew it is all a BS excuse why not to give you an upgrade. Loud neighbors and nothing gets done about it. Garbage is always an issue, gym is a playground for the kids basically. Can't even enjoy the pool because it is absolute chaos! Not to mention to wonderful pets! Worst experience ever with the staff. They are liars and still owe me money from refunds for a year, they keep your money (tha application was more than others). This community is riddled with inefficiencies. In the same area, there are better options for less than their price. Don't go here, waste of money and time.

Oh boy, where to begin, living here for a couple years & there have been 2 shootings, and yes police were brought out both times, one included a crime scene unit to gather evidence from the street. Cars are constantly being broken into and the same goes for garages. Almost no one answers the office phones and there have been attempted kidnappings. Management is non-existent. There are rodents everywhere. Damage to resident cars and no one does anything about it. Gates are always open. People walk in off the street. Smoking everywhere. Dog poop everywhere.

If people would clean up behind their animals and stop throwing trash in front of the dumpster & be mindful of other people that's underneath them, not a bad place. I know this is not on management, but putting up cameras would not only give more security but it will also force people to clean up behind their pets. and just maybe this would give kids more room to play without stepping in poop!!!

I have moved out on 7-Jan-2021 and still haven’t received my deposit refund check. Leasing office consultants tell me that it has been sent via non-tracking (ordinary) mail. And I’m waiting since 4 months to receive it. I’ve sent numerous reminder including the property manager (Denise) and the response is almost like returning customer deposit is not their priority at all. And they write on website that “Customer satisfaction is our top priority”.

This complex has a terrible management. They don’t vale you money neither respect your time. On top of that you have to deal with neighbors smoking weed and the smell getting in to your place, but Management is doing nothing about it, despite multiple complaints. Appliances are terrible and I had to fight for a year to get a new dishwasher. My apartment had a terrible smell and it was infested with roaches, when I moved. I took months before they fixed it. You talked to management and they make ...
it sound like they are going to do anything to make you feel better about all the crappy things that you go thru and after you pay your rent or renew the lease everything goes back to normal. They don’t follow up with their promises. Bottom line, if you move here, in a few months you will be like me, frustrated, angry and praying to get to the end of your lease. This apartment complex is a safe place to live . Nice quiet environment. Apartments are clean and of a descent size. Ample parking space. Great gym and pool area . Staff is friendly. Near shops and mall and major highway . It was a pleasure living there for two years. Highly recommend it.

I have lived at this apartment for almost 2yeats. Spacious apartments with lots of community amenities. If I have any problems with the apartment the maintenance staff takes care of the issue very fast. Good size for the amount of rent too.
