    Dishonest: We were supposed to move in at the end of June, but they told us we can have a $1000 discount if we move in before 6/15. We double checked this offer and have a written confirmation from them. After we changed our move in date and then they said we can't give you this discount because you're renting for 6 months, but we can waive your a $400 administration fee and $500 deposit. Ok, we have no idea where this "administration fee" from and the deposit is REFUNDABLE. If this is a ...
    discount, please remember you'll need to pay a $400 administration fee outside of your rent when apply this apartment. We then asked if we can change our move in date since we can't get this discount anyway, there is no reason we move in on 6/15. They replied NO with no explanation. Eventually we paid 12 days more rent and get $0 discount. I feel CHEATED and just want to remind the other people please keep a close eye on the offer they provide to you if you have no choice and have to live here. Irresponsible: The office rarely reply emails and provide no directions on move-in/payment/etc. We thought the rent are start from the day you move in till next whole month but didn't know it will charge on 1st. We were charged $200 late fee WITHOUT any reminders. I regret not believing another review that saying the similar thing happened when he moved out. This is the most disappointing apartment i have ever lived. I feel so bad instead of warm and welcome. Therefore, I won't recommend it to anybody. DO think carefully before you sign the lease.
