Bella Management is the company running the aparments but the single property manager for this location is the only one you will ever be gven or find a number for. If you feel the need to contact Bella Management corporate offices, GOOD LUCK! If you do by some chance end up here and make it through your year long lease the month to month rent is out of this world. The price of rent for yearly lease has also gone up multiple times recently. If you have small kids that go to bed earlier in the evening youll have trouble keeping them asleep. The walls are paper thin that you can hear the TV in the next unit and most tenants make excessive noise late at night in the aparments and in the parking lot. To be on the safe side, rent anywhere else in clemmons besides here and save yourself the headache.
