chooses who to enforce needless made up rules on and treats others with favor! People who make friends with the new managers and spend all day in the office chit chatting are the ones who are treated better than the other residents! Do NOT move here!!! This is a horrible place to live! At one time, this was a great place to live, but that was before they started removing mobile homes in order to bring in manufactured homes! Some are even two story homes! So you have no privacy in your backyards because some of these are two story homes that have upper story windows that see directly in your backyard! The management company is an apartment management company, they know absolutely nothing about mobilehome management, the Westerner is the only mobilehome park they deal with. Once the new management company took over years ago, the whole place has gone down hill. It’s no longer the comfortable place it use to be, instead you are faced with always having to cater to the new manager we get on a yearly basis since they can’t keep any managers as a permanent employee! They all get fed up at the enemies they make by ruling with an iron fist and then they quit their job or mutual housing moves them to a different property! You’ve been warned! Do NOT move to this place, it really is bad!
