Terrible experience, not the place for young people
August 15, 2018My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments after needing to move for work, and finally FINALLY HALLELUJAH moved out last fall. After like 3 months it turned into a running joke between the two of us how much we hated the place. Staff was great until after we signed our lease. They instantly became incredibly unhelpful and just unpleasant when we so much as had to pick up a package from the office. The apartments look nice, but within the first month, there was a leak above our bathroom ...that left a brown water stain that they "fixed" with super thin paint that doesn't match the rest of the wall and still shows the stain. In our particular unit the floor was concaved in multiple places, there were huge chips taken out of the trim, the stairwells are so dirty it doesn't look like they cleaned them once the entire year and a half we were there...it just shows how cheap everything is. They also take FOREVER to plow during the winter and they start mowing the lawn at about 7 am on a weekends and take HOURS TO MOW IT like literally just CONSTANT MOWING when you want to keep the windows open on a nice day. For the price, the one bedrooms are super small, yet everything echoes, and you can hear EVERYTHING. Shout out to our upstairs neighbors who we could hear screaming at each other and doing God knows what else at ALL hours of the day and night. Everyone is wildly inconsiderate. Grown adults hanging out by the fire pit until 11pm on weekdays talking so loud I could hear entire conversations. People dumpster diving and posting people's personal pictures they threw in the trash on the group facebook page only to find out that NO WAY they were actually MEANT to be thrown out! There is dog crap everywhere. Dogs barking CONSTANTLY, and SO MANY CHILDREN. Forget relaxing by the pool. It was commandeered by children of all ages at all hours of the day. Running up and down the street. Getting in the way of cars on scooters. SCREAMING at 11 o'clock at night. There are not enough parking spots. It was great when we first moved in, but then people started to filter in and had NO regard for those who were there before them. I could go on forever, but basically if you're interested in this place and are a young person or are a young couple interested in meeting people your own age and aren't ready for the loud, obnoxious environment of screaming children or cranky old people yet, please do yourself a favor and stay away.Property Manager Responded

Best Best Best!!!
April 20, 2017These are the best apartments my girlfriend and I have ever lived in!! The floorpans are very cohesive, and open. While the apartments are nice, the thing that really sold me is the amazing management and maintenance. They have been nothing short of spectacular since we moved in. Not as nice as the other reviews claim ...
October 5, 2016I have lived here since July. Before I moved in, Aeran and Jenny were extremely pushy with filling out an application, which was an immediate turn off. As someone else stated, they are never around when you need them. I've emailed them several times and never received a response until I emailed them a second time. It is very unprofessional here. The apartments appear nice but everything is actually cheap. The hallways leading to the apartments are filled with spider webs and leaves. It's like ...they've never taken a broom to them. Expect that your apartment will be filthy even if they claim they cleaned it. Dirt and dust from the contractors everywhere. There are SO many pets here, yet there is no dog park even though they promised there would be one. I wonder if all the 5 star reviews are from the staff...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 27, 2016I recently moved into an apartment in this community. First off I have lived in apartments for.a long time. Property here is in great shape and clean, well the outside of my apartment is clean not so much. When I looked at an apartment prior to moving in here and I loved it which is ehy I chose this property. Any way I eent to go to the office at 9:30 am and to my surprise it wasnt opened yet and the in the club house says office open at 9:00 am so I thought hmm strange. I waited for as long as I ...could but I had to leave for work by 9:45am. My apartment was dirty very dirty and I tried for several days to talk to Stacey in the office but even though it says by 9am she isnt there so I thought maybe if I try to get her before the office closes it will work. However even though yet once again its 530 and there is no property manager availbe. So after trying several times I finally got to talk to the property manager Stacey which was not pleasant at all. She was very very rude told me the apartment was cleaned prior to my moving in and I calmly told her no it was not and if it was who ever cleaned needs cleaning lessons because there were cob webs in the corners a ring in the toilet and dust on my light and my stove was dusty. I like living here and the rest of the staff are very helpful and very nice plus will help with anything. However the property manager is a total different story she in my opinion is not property manger material. She has her own hours aparently and I have noticed she doesnt take other peoples feelings into consideration. I do beleive you need a new property manager.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Vacation feel
September 23, 2016Love, love,love it here!!! We have never rented before and only recently had to give up home ownership due to declining health conditions. Naturally, I was skeptical and cautious as we looked at rental properties I knew what I wanted and Westfield has it all. Brand new, beautiful open floor plans, amenities;pool, gym,clubhouse, walking trail, and an office staff and maintenance staff that provides excellent service! September 16, 2016I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! I can proudly say this place is my last Apartment complex I'll ever live in, in PA ( Philly Burbs ). I found the perfect place! I lived in a lot of non-luxury regular apartments during the past 17 years, YUK! The Luxury must have benefits : - Eco-friendly/electric cost savings washer and dryer in each apartment! - Your electric bills will be Super Cheap! - You'll never hear your neighbors when your inside your own apartment! - A big patio and pool area with ...tables, chairs and grills! With a long SALTWATER pool with a spa! - A nice paved long walking path along the side of the complex with a country farm view! This place is great for dogs! - A lot of dog clean ups stations with bags! - Everyone here ( multi-cultural ) is nice and pleasant! Everyone soon will know your name ( like Cheers )! It's like walking through Mayberry on Main St. ( Im not kidding! ) - I enjoy walking my dog through this super clean complex with friendly neighbors! - Now this is living! - It has a big clubhouse with a big bar! 3 big TV's. LOVE IT!!!!!
September 12, 2016My husband and I love it here. The staff are so nice, any questions or need any help they are there right away to help with smiles on their faces:) The community events are fun and a great way to meet everyone. September 8, 2016Westfield 41 is the definition of a home. Me and my wife moved in to Westfield in May and have loved every minute. The lovely staff have made us feel like a priority in a complex full of families. The units are gorgeous. They are beautifully updated. In the addition, the staff's morale has translated into a wonderful community of neighbors. Any issues, and there has not been any, would be immediately fixed. Best Apartments
September 6, 2016We've lived here for about 4 months and we absolutely love it. I typically don't like renting and we've had bad experiences in the past with various apartment complexes but Westfield 41 has been great. We thought we'd like it here so we signed up for the longest lease possible and if we could extend the lease we would. They're clean, beautiful, and everyone (staff and neighbors) have been great. Everyone on the leasing office has been incredibly helpful and responsive and they often host fun, ...free events for tenants (like bbqs). The pool and pool area is clean and they have all brand new equipment in the gym.
