Great Manager

Great manager in the office. She is so sweet and is willing to help out any way she can. If you have an issue, she stays on top of it to get it addressed and fixed. Granted it was rough when she left for maternity leave the lady that took over for her didn't run the property correctly and was never in the office. This was in March 2022. I absolutely love being in a quiet Neiborhood.

Rate hike every year! Incompetent staff. Waited until late December to clean up some of the leaves. They're nice until you move in then all bets are off. Yearly paperwork is a nightmare cuz they can never get it right the first time.
