I've lived here almost 7 years. Everything has been great until recently. I recently had an issue with my kitchen disposal not working at all, and they told me there would be a $75 maintenance fee for them to look at it. Quote from a lawyer below: Landlords are required under Chapter 92 Texas Property Code to repair that which affects the health and safety of the tenants. This is such a wonderful place to live. I’ve been living here at Westhollow Apartments for 4 years now and ever since I moved here they have made many updates to the property and it feels safer everyday that goes by. The customer service is wonderful here and they get back to you as soon as they can and fix any issues as fast as they can. The property is up to date and it is beautiful.

Been living here for a few months and it has been nothing but issues. It took them little to over a month to fix our water pressure in the master bath. At first they just wouldn't show up and when they finally did, the maintenance guy said the pressure was fine even though the water in the bottom faucet would literally drop out instead of pour out. The showerhead had no pressure at all but they said since water did come out that we should be able to shower. Maintenance guy went back to the office ...

and told them the issue had been resolved. I started to look for help through HAA to see if they could help. Eventually I went back to the office and spoke with the manager and she said she didn't know that the maintenance guy had told us that. So I don't know if it was because the HAA contacted them or she really didn't know. The next day the water pressure was fixed. At the moment I'm battling them about the purchase of an extra control to open the gate. We bought one when we first moved in but needed another one since we have two cars. When my wife went to pick it up they ended up giving her 2 controls instead of 1 but we thought nothing of it and with our busy schedule didn't go back to the office and ask about til we had to pay our rent again. Now they're saying that we owe the balance of the second remote (3 in total. Why would we need 3 if we have 2 cars?) and that they can't take it back because it's already noted down in a separate account showing we have a balance. They also won't accept our rent payment because they "don't take partial payments". How is it partial if it's on a different account? They love doing things like this and always blame it on "Corporate" even though they are individually owned.

Been living here for about 7 months and so far I can say this is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in the Houston area. My son and I walk around at night and still feel safe. It is very well lit and I have noticed the security officer actually doing their job and not just sitting in their vehicles. The apartment itself is good and it is how you decorate your home to make it homely. My fridge went out on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon they changed out my fridge for a new one ...

so I noticed the maintenance comes pretty quick here as soon as you put in a request. Management is nice and seems to really care about making it a great family environment. I will stay here as long as I live in Houston. Ana

I have been living here for a little more than two years and so far I have been loving it . It's such a nice and safe place to live especially for my family maintenance and office staff are such nice and professional people. Also we did not suffer any damages from hurricane Harvey we did not have one single flood. Thank you West Hollow for being such an amazing environment to live.

Better than the rest

My husband and I have been staying here since Hurricane Harvey and have been really happy here. The rent is about equal or a little cheaper than other places, but the management and the staff here goes out of their way to keep people happy and is better than the rest of the places we’ve been. Our 1 bedroom apartment is pretty big. Other people here for the most part are quiet and usually keep to themselves. Overall it works for my husband and I.

West Hollow a sido mi hogar desde hace mas de una decada, aqui mis hijos estan creciendo y lo que me gusta es el ambiente familiar, es muy tranquilo y estamos cerca de las escuelas, tiendas y las autopistas, la renta es muy flexibe a mi ingreso, sobre todo que no hay que pagar mas por agua o gas, ya esta todo incluido y tengo mi estacionamiento privado y es gratis!! Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, Gracias!!

Been staying at West Hollow for about 2 years and my family and I love it here. The place is very safe and secure, they have a courtesy patrol that does walk around and seems like they do a good job becasue we've heard of no issues since we've been living here. They have really worked on getting the place up to date and put up some well needed lighting in parking lots. Whenever I put in a service request, they are pretty quick about fixing the issue, only one time did they take about 5 days to ...

come fix my bathroom door which was having trouble locking. Most people living here are families which is a big plus because our kids have started making friends with the neighbors kids. The management is very nice and helpful. When we moved in we got one month free which they may still have. Overall, my family loves it here and will probably be here until we save up to get a house.

My car got broken into three times in less than a year. Maintenance socks, ask them to fix my dishwasher, over a moth and they didn't do anything to it. 10 moth and the pool, They never opened the pool. No hot water for a week! More to it!!!! This are the worst apparents that I've ever lived!

We do want to start by saying, we have a courtesy patrol officers which patrols the premises at different times of the day/night. From what our residents inform us of, is that they have noticed a tremendous security presence, which makes them feel very safe and secure for themselves and their families. If there has been a vandalizing of the same personal property multiple times, that may be some personal issues with someone that a person may know. However, we strive to keep our community safe and many of our residents have said they have seen the positive impact through the security. We have several trained maintenance personals who are qualified to fix issues within the first service request, however, there are times when a part or item needs to be ordered which takes time from specific vendors, we apologize for an inconvenience if the part was not received quick enough. ...

Our pool is open seasonal usually during summer months when children are out from school so they can enjoy the cool water. We appreciate your feedback and hope to serve you again soon.
