Living here is like renting space in one of your worst nightmares.
December 10, 2015Still smells like mold. Entire building flooded in September due to the apartment owners deciding to reshingle the roof, noticing the roof was too far gone for reshingling, and then replacing the roof but not putting a tarp over the gaping hole where the ceiling was and allowing rain water to flood indiviual apartments and communal spaces for weeks. If they show you a "new, rennovated" apartment just know it's like that because the old renters had to move out due to structural damages and the ...building owners had no choice but to "upgrade". And by "upgrade" I of course mean having their ancient, overweight handymen with no discernible construction skills slap some paint on new drywall they hung themselves. Yeah. The landlord lives on premises and if you have any problems in the building you can go to her so she can assure you it's not her fault, accuse you of causing the problem you came to her about, and then proceed to ignore the issue at hand. October 18, 2015I don't know who wrote this review one month ago, but they certainly don't live at this complex. The complex just had a mass move out due to massive flooding. Management is rude and flippant. I wouldn't recommend this building to anyone I cared about.Review from Apartments.com
