Rent here if you like OVERHEATING, THEFT, and NO PARKING

I have had two packages stolen and management has done NOTHING. I called them and they told me they would get back to me, never did. Clearly, they do not care about their residents or their belongings. I am not the only resident in this building who has lost packages and other personal belongings while living in these apartments. They are just as frustrated with our management as I am.
The heat in the building is also outrageous. For months now, our apartment has been sweltering, close to 80 ...
degrees and above on some days when the weather is nice. If our windows weren't open over the course of the winter, we would have suffered in 80+ degree heat.
Don't even get me started on the parking. They took away our assigned parking and basically made the lot open to all. Good luck getting a spot when anyone and everyone invites their guests over and they take up all the parking spots in the lot. Despite warnings from management, there has never been anything done about people parking in the lot without a pass. They threaten to tow cars that are not permitted to park in the lot, but I have yet to see them take any action against the people who are using our lot.
