We love living here. We’ve been living here since over 2 years and wouldn’t choose any other apartment building in KC. The apartments themselves are updated and nice. We have a great view! This is a small building which makes it lovely. The location is great! Wonderful restaurants (some of the best in KC in my opinion) and coffee shops at walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to walk around but at the same time it is super close to downtown and has great freeway accessibility. ...
Coming to the amenities, the gym is small but nice. The rooftop grill and space is also very nicely done. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. The building manager is also accessible and accommodative. There could be more community events. We’ve had a great experience living here.

Feels like home!

We sold our house in the suburbs and decided to move closer to Downtown. Westside Flats allows us to live a maintenance free and worry free life while we still have the advantages of living in a neighborhood with grass and trees. Doesn’t hurt we can walk to some of our favorite local spots a block over — not to mention crossroads are only 4 or 5 blocks away which is free access to the street car. We love Westside and certainly recommend living here!!
