Great Apartments for Students

We lived in this apartments before and during the pandemic. Overall, the experience was great. The manager at the time was great from beginning to end. He was able to help us with reserving a place when several places around will ask us to come 1 month before our move, which wouldn't work for us since we like to have a secure place before hand. On top of it, any time we had an issue he was very helpful and fast to respond.
With that been said, a couple things to be aware of is that the 1 bedroom ...
has a sliding door, which could be a problem at times, but it was great if you wanted to keep the place open. Unfortunately, the facilities like the hot tub were broken constantly, and the elevator system is a bit confusing at first.
The only thing we considered bad is not necessarily related to the building itself, but the community, which, being students, tend to be a bit messy, we saw several times the trash room being literally trashed by open bags left there instead of dropped on the shoot, which made me feel terrible for the cleaning crew. Be advised that although there is no parties allowed in the place, there are frat houses that you'll listen throughout the night. Luckily, the building itself is a bit soundproofed.
