    I have lived here since 1991 and it has been a great place until 2017 when new management took it over. the new management is called clear Trail real estate. the grounds is not taken care of and there is no service for any needs you may have. when you pay your rent they don't even have the professionalism to give you a written receipt. this place is going downhill because they simply just do not care!
