I just want to thank Corey and the staff for an amazing stay and being helpful even when things got hard. The only reason why we left is due to financial issues. When Covid-19 hit, it hit hard, for everyone, and they worked hard to keep everyone safe, and kept up with communication. I never had a problem with cleanliness, noise levels or work orders. You have to understand the staff are human as well and even between changing employees, they kept on top of things during covid-19 as much as ...
possible. They communicate with residents when there are concerns or upcoming updates with the complex. Have patience, communicate with the office and keep to terms to your lease, you won't have a problem! I would rent here again in the future! Thank you again for being so understanding and working with the residents. There is a reason why this complex has long term residents!

Great property, friendly staff

This is a great apartment complex. The grounds are well kept, rent is reasonable and the staff are incredibly friendly, fast to respond to any questions and are always professional. The apartment itself is very nice, appliances are fairly new and in great shape, there's a fireplace in our unit and the heat is included otherwise if you don't have one. Charter/Spectrum is the ISP - no issues there. No cat rent - just a 200 dollar deposit which is considerably lower than other complexes in the area. ...

My 3 kids and I have made Westwood Parkway Estates home for just over a year and we love it! Management, all employees really are friendly and address your needs or concerns promptly. I’m very happy we chose Westwood Parkway Estates to be our home~I absolutely recommend for anyone looking for housing in St. Cloud

If you’re looking for a place to live away from campus, this is the place. Quiet neighborhood, great public transportation to get to and from downtown, and the staff are super friendly. Some neighbors can be a bit noisy, but what apartment building doesn’t have the same problem? Seriously, you can’t do better than Westwood.
