June 15, 2025Wexler is a nice place to live. Not everything is perfect, but it’s nice enough. It has a gym, pool, and hosts fun events. I think they should add a hot tub, its would be nice for current residents and would probably attract more residents.Property Manager Responded

June 16, 2025Living here was fine due to the amenities offered and the quality of the room, bed, and bathrooms, but the management could be better. I dealt with water temperature issues and after months of the maintenance team and management trying to fix it, I got reimbursed nothing for the time that I had dealt with those issues.Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2025Very clean and fun environment and apartments complex to live in. Love how Wexler is such a social place. Staff in the leasing office can be very unprofessional at times. And I also don’t like the unnecessary noice complaints for no reason. Because after a couple times they threaten to fine you, and don’t care if you stated that you weren’t even being loud.Property Manager Responded

June 13, 2025I find it convenient to live 10-15 mins from Sac state campus. I’ve decided to change my unit to a 4 bedroom instead of staying in the 2 bedroom unit. During my time living at the Wexler, I think as a college student this is ideal because of the commute to campus but definitely planning ahead on budgeting would help especially if you don’t want to spend so much living at an apartment. They do have furniture provided so you don’t have to bring your own. I plan to live here for at least 3 more ...years and then move to a different location after graduation.Property Manager Responded
