Not worth the money!!!
September 17, 2024This property has poor ownership. Management is great but owner doesn’t care for his tenants. He’s more worried about the money going into his pocket. Repairs never get done in a timely manner. Code enforcement has been out numerous of times but does just enough to get them off their back and the same reoccurring issues arises again and then you’re left fighting again to get anything done. Definitely don’t recommend trying to move in to pay for an over priced apartment with too many issues. ...GOOD LUCK TO THOSE THAT ARE INTERESTED.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Finally
September 1, 2023Finally, they hired manager Mandy, and now Mandy is getting things done. Finally things that should’ve been done a year ago. Finally got done to my roof. No more leaks in the roof.. they also hired new maintenance guys that actually know what they’re doing and things are getting done that way they’re on the right track and I will tell everyone to come and fill out an application to live here…Review from Apartments.com
