I currently live in these apartments.The rent increases multiple times a year without notice,never any parking for visitors or reaidents.The property upkeep is poor and repairs are long awaited.I would not recommend for anyone on fixed incomes or make under $25,000yr.your rent will increase leaving these apartments impossible to afford...Hope this helps anyone

My move in date is quickly approaching and I can't wait. The Property Manager Melissa, has been very helpful from my first initial meeting of her and applying for my new home. Melissa has keep me informed of the progress of the building constructions. Wherever I see her, she has a smile on her face and very informative. It did take a long time to get in here due to construction, but it was well worth the wait! The property manager did a GREAT job communicating with me any time I had questions leading up until moving in. Now that I'm settled in she's always available if I need her. The community is surprisingly peaceful for still being under construction, I love my neighbors, and my townhome is beautiful! Whenever I go into the office I'm greeted with a smile, it's a great place to live...

While the community looks to one day be a lovely place to live, and while the website shows units are available for occupancy, as of 8/21 NONE are available for occupation, they are in fact still UNDER CONSTRUCTION. A gentleman on the grounds told me 1. all the units are rented & have been for months 2. their website is automated & makes appointments (at a construction site w/ non existent rental personnel) 3. for months people have shown up all day for these non-appointments 4. the owners (in ...

Miami) have been made aware & have done nothing to correct the issue nor remove the listing This irresponsible & inconsiderate behavior will undoubtedly carry over when tenants that occupancy. Good luck to those who give them a shot.
