The apartment set up is nice but if you have children don't expect to get any piece of your deposit back. Maintenance is subpar and the office staff is even worse. They are never in the office, don't like to answer the phone, and will not return phone calls. The tenants that are out there are rude, disrespectful, and nasty. Most of the buildings are infested with German cockroaches and the staff is oblivious to what's happening day to day. As a former tenant, I will NEVER recommend them for ...

Centrally located, rent is affordable and the property is well maintained. There seem to be a good many children here and they do seem to drop garbage around, but does get picked up by maintenance.

I would recommend these apartments if there were a bit more rules for the kids around here. They always have g around late by the playground and stuff. Kids have been throwing the trash over top of the bin instead of in the door. A lot of adults are big night people, hanging out outside late at night. And the people upstairs suck! If between the top and bottom floor apartments were thicker things would be fine but I can hear everything from upstairs.

This housing is disgusting. There are drug deals going on right outside my window at 3:00 in the afternoon.
The people whom work in the office are RUDE and you have to call them several times to even get a maintenance worker to come and fix the problem in your room.
My air conditioning hasn't been working since I've lived here...the maintaince man came in and said, "it's too late in the day to fix it now. We will just have to check it out again later"
DO NOT MOVE YOU OR YOUR FAMILY HERE.
