Grat place to live
August 5, 2023Very helpful staff in office and maintenance. No complaints. Lived there for 16 years and hated to leave, felt very at home there. Good safe location and centrally located.Property Manager Responded

Not Sure the Misunderstanding | The Best I've Worked With!
March 24, 2017Honestly, I'm shocked these previous reviews had a terrible experience. First off, safe place to stay and quiet (I have sensitive ears to music and loud vehicles from a previous apartment). The staff have been marvelous and treated every issue I had with respect and priority. They also taught me how to DIY for minor adjustments so I can save time. I don't expect people to do every single thing for me which would make me lazy and complaining. The management actually care and help. Clean and Quiet Place
March 24, 2017I have stayed here for a while and go to school at Santa Fe. This is close to campus and is a quiet complex so I can study and do homework. The apartment is in really good condition so I haven't had to call the maintenance person but he is always friendly when I see him walking around. Too Loud and Management is terrible
December 29, 2016This management company does not care about residents at all. The treat everyone like a dollar and nothing more. If you want to live in a community that treats people that way this is the place for you. First, off you have to find someone if you do have a problem good luck with that. Manager is never onsite they make her run back and forth between to locations. I guess the don't see a need to have someone present during business hours to help residents.
