First off, safe place to stay and quiet (I have sensitive ears to music and loud vehicles from a previous apartment). The staff have been marvelous and treated every issue I had with respect and priority. They also taught me how to DIY for minor adjustments so I can save time. I don't expect people to do every single thing for me which would make me lazy and complaining. The management actually care and help. The management haven't given me any issues whatsoever. They were easy to deal with when it came to issues. Very professional staff and friendly.

The apartment is in really good condition so I haven't had to call the maintenance person but he is always friendly when I see him walking around. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

If you want to live in a community that treats people that way this is the place for you. First, off you have to find someone if you do have a problem good luck with that. Manager is never onsite they make her run back and forth between to locations. I guess the don't see a need to have someone present during business hours to help residents.
