A ?month ?in ?and I’m really enjoying it. The place stays calm, everything’s kept in good shape, and the staff has been welcoming and helpful since the start. Anytime I’ve had a question or put in a maintenance request, it’s been taken care of fast. I’m genuinely glad I chose to make this my home. Plus you're so close to the beach, Shipwreck island, and Dairy Queen.. YUM!!

This place has excellent residents and the office staff is awesome. I love that is has the feel of an actual community, where people know each other and say hi when your walking past them. Pool is great, fantastic location to the beach...Just a short walk! :)

I've lived here a few years now and can say that this property continually improves. I'm not sure what the bug problem is about as I've never had an issue. Maintenance is prompt and reliable.

This community has really made a positive comeback and looking very nice. It is an older community on the beach but the location is awesome and the staff is great! They have really made a difference and should be proud! Check out White Sands! You get great prices, huge apartments, great location, walk to the beach and amazing staff!

Roach infested

I could say plenty but will leave it at roaches. Infested. We thought it was bad only to find out it was worse than we imagined when we started moving things out. We even ended up bringing roaches with us during our move AFTER we bug bombed the apartment ourselves. It was (and still is for current tenants) an ongoing issue that the office cannot get under control.
