Old appliances, mold problem
December 9, 2022Very bad insulation of walls, old!! During the winter you’ll get mold around the windows, can’t even turn on heater due to having windows all the time have an issue of mildew. Kitchen appliances are old and don’t work well. You can tell there is no improvement for upgrades. Property management and owner really need to work on having better suitable units for tenants.Review from Apartments.com
Best Apartments in the south Area
October 21, 2019These apartments are very nice, clean inside and out. Well maintained, security and maintenance on grounds. Yes there may have been a few pumps in the road with pest but over all the Management is absolutely amazing in handling all issues in a timely matter! Definitely one of the nicest apartments in the neighborhood. Friendly neighbors, sparkling swimming pool and laundry room for tenets only and a peaceful barbecue spot to enjoy. Over all this is a fantastic apartment complex I have enjoyed ...my stay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
