We have only been here for about 4 months and it is the worst living situation to be put in. The outlets randomly turn off and have to be reset all the time . Our heater broke within a month and they still haven’t fixed it and said they are working on it. ( good time to mention, IT IS WINTER!) there is roaches everywhere from last resident. They didn’t even bother cleaning the apartment before we came. I have a disabled brother who needs a better living situation. They don’t not care about their ...

Lights frequently go out. Went without hot water for about six months. Complained to management and all they could say was they were working on it. They knew they had issues with the plumbing and they chose to hire handymen to work on this. They finally saw that the handymen weren’t solving the problem and decided to hire a professional Plummer.

There are bugs and mice. My toilet has been broken for a year . My garbage disposal and dishwasher never worked and they lock the pool when they don't want to clean it so the pool is NEVER open

The property is not well maintained. It has a pool that is NEVER open because they won't take care of it. If anything breaks it takes forever to get it fixed and when it's fixed it is done poorly. Lots of drug activity, bugs, and mold. Mike is IMPOSSIBLE to work with and will actually cuss tennants out. DON'T RENT HERE

This place is a dump... maintenance is so stupid calling the lumps in the ceiling natural waves... I have water leaking from a LIGHT FIXTURE. I have a pool filling up under my sink... I have a front door that you can just about push open even with it locked... sliding glass door is grinding. Got told by maintenance to just put plastic over the doors like we live in a trailer park. Plugs are hit and miss and even after putting in a list over a month ago still nothing is getting done. And for the ...

one time we saw them STILL nothing is fixed. It is bug infested and I have yet to see pest control. The lady up front acts like it is our fault that the apartment seemed fine. To the blind eye maybe. This place is a joke to say the least I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to even my worst of enemies. I am at a loss of words for this place and for maintenance. Do not expect him to be certified to do much of anything because he has no experience and as he told us "not certified to tear down toilets" because ours is leaking and oh yea STILL leaking. DO NOT MOVE HERE. And it says wifi here no there is not!

the renovated ones are beautiful. Unfortunately I did not receive one. Wall sockets were a hit and miss for functioning. For some odd reason they feel the need to paint everything( the tub/shower, counter tops, light fixtures) so its a lot of built up layers of paint. The Pest control should definately be mandatory Every month.

I had bugs, mice, electrical problems, A/C problems, plumping problems, and a leaking ceiling while staying there. The manager and maintenance staff seem stupid, slow, and lazy. Problems were not fixed quickly or very well.

I feel safe here. The manager is great he makes you feel wanted and safe. if you have a problem. they are on it immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone. safe. quiet. and well ran 4 thumbs up
