Affordable and Caring Apartment Living
August 18, 2022Having stayed at Willow Creek Apartments for around Four years and only having to have moved for personal reasons, I can honestly say it was the best place I have lived in thus far. Its management staff have always been helpful and resolve issues quickly, they are also very communicative about necessary upkeep such as pest control visits and electrical maintenance. The Rooms are clean, spacious, and semi-recently renovated with ample balconies and living spaces. I loved living at Willow Creek!
September 13, 2021When I was looking into their apartment complex the leasing office was very quick to answer the phone, give information and set up a tour. I stayed in a 2 bedroom, both my roommate and I had our own bathrooms which is very rare to find especially with a very reasonable rent we payed. The staff ( especially Lance) are awesome, they respond very quickly and care about their residence. I never had an issue with noise, bugs, or theft. I used the laundry facility and the pool which are both very well ...maintained. I loved all the fresh flowers they have around the leasing office , it makes it look very homey and welcoming. July 4, 2021I came by to view the apartments and the property managers couldn’t have been nicer people! I drove around the complex to get a feel for the place and it looks so nice. STRESS FREE MOVE IN!!
October 29, 2020I relocated with my 2 children from Hawaii to Wichita. Lance had everything finalized and approved before we even arrived in Wichita. (everything was done ONLINE!) What a blessing to get off the plane, drive to the Willow Creek office, pick up the keys and go directly to our new home. (By the way, he already had the heat on! How great is that!!) I am almost 50 yrs old and this is by far the easiest, most organized, stress free move in I have EVER had. 5 stars are not enough for Willow Creek ...Apartments and Lance!Property Manager Responded
