October 22, 2024I wanted to wait until we've been here long enough to be able to write a fair and accurate review. We've been here almost 3 weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. We had our initial tour of the property with Madhur, and she was wonderful. She is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, but what really stood out to me is what a warm and caring person she is. I was in a medical boot due to torn ligaments in my ankle, and she was so considerate, making sure I was ok walking and on the stairs. Since ...then, she has been an incredible resource, answering every question that we had, always timely and always with a positive attitude. Michelle gave me the keys and did my walk-through and she was also fantastic. She was super engaging and also very thorough with the walk-through. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and so quiet. All of the residents that we have encountered have been friendly. We aren't even 100% unpacked yet, but we already feel like this is home.Property Manager Responded
