This place has horrible management, plumping is always breaking and you have to call and call to get them to come out. My apartment grows mold like a farm and when told the management they said I didn’t clean my apartment enough but I cleaned the mold every two weeks! No matter what it is they want to go after you for it and take weeks! To fix things.

The water in these apartments are ALWAYS COLD OR WARM!!!! And there ALWAYS doing maintenance on the pipes or the water heater! We we're told to run ALL the faucets in our 2bd 1 bath apartment plus the dish washer In order to get hot water from our shower!!! And to top it off usually when they have to work on the plumbing they won't give a 24 hour notice!!!

I've lived here with my husband for two years now and I still love it. This place is beautiful and pretty peaceful. The people in the office are great, especially Acacia. The maintenance people are wonderful too, always quick to fulfill your work orders. I don't plan on moving any time soon, these are the best apartments I've lived in!!!

Pros: Great price for the size of the apartment that you can get. The staff is very nice, responsive and work orders are performed in a timely manner. Very dog friendly.
Cons: Neighborhood is at times sketchy and have had mail boxes broken into twice, a package stolen once, and my car broken into once. They have remedied this by securing the mail boxes. However, they could really go for improved security as theft seems to be a real issue in this area.

I recently moved into Willow Grove early in August and it has been a wonderful experience. The Leasing Office is one of the nicest I have seen and the staff has been very friendly. I worked with a Consultant named Acacia (I hope that is how you spell it) who was very sweet and walked me through the process and made sure I was happy. I even met the Manager though I don't remember his name and he asked if there was anything he could do to make the experience better going forward which I thought was ...

I have had a couple of very minor maintenance issues that they handled within a day both times.
I think I will be very happy here and am loving my new home. I plan to be here for a very long time.

When you get to Willow Grove Apartments you see the well manicured landscape making you feel relaxed, the security gate provides a sense of security, and the staff and neighbors make you feel like friends. I used to live in a 3 bedroom at Willow Grove..my roomates and I moved in about 5 years ago since we are going to school. Now I have relocated to a 2 bedroom Although it is not as spacious as the 3 bedroom, it is still a great space. I like the staff and the maintenance crew are wonderful. The only downside is finding parking within the complex, but other than that the experience has been good.

Positives: The hot tub was a plus. Short walk to bus routes. Well landscaped. Has a dishwasher in unit, which can sometimes be difficult to find in Sacramento.
Negatives: When I moved out, they took all of my security deposit and even demanded more for unnecessary things. I talked to other previous tenants and they said the same thing so you have to anticipate losing $440 in the future. The management was extremely disorganized, messed up our lease. The office staff will not let you speak to the ...
