I just moved in two weeks ago and was hesitant due to a review that I saw, but so far I haven't had any problems with any bugs except for a few spiders. I was told that they have pest control come in every week free of charge. Sounds like the last reviewer brought the roaches with them. Giving them a four only because the gym and laundry rooms aren't open 24/7 which is inconvenient due to my work shift.

Really liked how the apartments looked called to get more information on them.. There was an add on a apartment yesterday for 910 she didn't care to know any information about it and cut me off and said 925..ok no big deal I asked about the breed restrictions and she told me.. Before I can ask anything she hung up on me.. Super unprofessional and she made them miss out on 1000 a month

Here at Sage Stone, Clovis, to be sincerely happy you must want to rent at the same price of renting a house. If constant changes in ownership and unneeded repairs don't attract you, perhaps the mail room with no outbox that most tenants have to drive to considering its distance from them, or a recycling center and what sounds like an annoying sound factory are for you.
