We are conveniently located to shopping, dining and entertainment. We have a beautiful apt waiting for you. I can't promise it will last much longer! Current Rent: $1,250-$1,325/month and a $600 security deposit (Pricing Subject to change) Our community is pet friendly. We do ask for a pet deposit of $500 and monthly pet rent of only $20/month. So Far, So Good
May 3, 2016I just moved in two weeks ago and was hesitant due to a review that I saw, but so far I haven't had any problems with any bugs except for a few spiders. I was told that they have pest control come in every week free of charge. Sounds like the last reviewer brought the roaches with them. Giving them a four only because the gym and laundry rooms aren't open 24/7 which is inconvenient due to my work shift.Review from Apartments.com

January 29, 2016Really liked how the apartments looked called to get more information on them.. There was an add on a apartment yesterday for 910 she didn't care to know any information about it and cut me off and said 925..ok no big deal I asked about the breed restrictions and she told me.. Before I can ask anything she hung up on me.. Super unprofessional and she made them miss out on 1000 a monthReview from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015I believe that each individual is made a certain way and with each of their own opinions of how to live. Here at Sage Stone, Clovis, to be sincerely happy you must want to rent at the same price of renting a house. You must want to not pay or worry about all the things that come with a home, because Sage Stone will take care of you. The interior of the Apartment is stunning. It has wood floors, brick fireplace, painted walls, and a home feeling that welcomes you as soon as you walk through the ...front door. However, you must want a certain lifestyle of living if you want to be here at the same price of a home. July 23, 2015If constant changes in ownership and unneeded repairs don't attract you, perhaps the mail room with no outbox that most tenants have to drive to considering its distance from them, or a recycling center and what sounds like an annoying sound factory are for you.
