Ridiculous Maintenance Help!!!!
February 17, 2020When the days are coldest, there is NO HOT WATER!!!! Last month we went three days without hot water. Had to take showers in cold water while it was 40 degree weather. Also, in the summer, at least two times without A/C for at least a couple of days! Can you believe it?!! In this Houston hot humid weather. August 28, 2019Everything so far has been smooth sailing. It's so clean & quiet around my apartment. The office is super nice. The Maintenance are running around daily trying to get things done. Yesterday they worked on my neighbors apt till 10 something trying to make sure she wouldnt have to stay without school overnight. that was sweet. I'm sure they had families at home waiting on them. Do not move here
August 25, 2019People sit in these parking lots playing their music so loud at all hours of the night. It's so loud that it will shack your windows. It doesnt matter how many times you call and complain to the office, corporate, or the call the cops nothing gets done about it. It will still happen every night. Her it is August 25th at 1208 am and I have been woken up yet again over the same issue. Either the office just doesnt care or these disrespectful people do not care.
