Can I give less than a one star?
June 9, 2022Lazy service lazy management not allowed to complain. For a premium price in Tehachapi for an apartment there is no kitchen counter space no storage space no carport or garage nothing but dead weeds outside because the cheap people won't turn on any water and give us a hard time about using water there is no landscaping outside no insulation in the walls or attic So a lot of traffic noise from the street tehachapi-woodford Rd, and cold in winter and sweat in summer because there is no Central ...heat and air but expected to pay a premium price for a apartment in that area no carport or garage for the price you can do much better in Tehachapi Oh yeah one of the thing if you ever want to take a shower you have to let it run for a minute or two and let all the black water go before we can even cook anything or anything else or batheRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible management
December 15, 2017Do not even waste your time!!!! The mangers/landlords are horrible lazy people. They will not fix anything and if they do it will take them 6 month to a year to fix it!!!! They gave us a 30 day notice to leave and told us that they had to do major repairs on our unit(only our unit) but when we asked what needed to be fixed they won’t tell us!!Review from Apartments.com
