A place to call home
May 7, 2018We lived here for three years and have only relocated recently due to my husband's work commitments. The apartments were clean and spacious and the grounds are well maintained and pretty. Willowood Apartments management staff were approachable and attentive to ours and other residents needs - they really go above and beyond for their residents. I miss living here and would highly recommend living here to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Not that great
March 23, 2017I have lived here for 6 years and never had any problems with mice and roaches bbut two days straight had mice because maintains left a access panel off in my washroom but they are slow in fixing the problem and have too many new rules that are dumb and unfairReview from Apartments.com
In-town nice Columbus apartment
August 11, 2015I have lived at Willowood Apartments for two years now and I really don't have many complaints about the place or management. The apartments and grounds are kept clean and in good condition. I love the location of the apartment. It's about 5 minutes away from everything in town and about ten minutes away from downtown. It's quiet, has a couple nice neighborhoods nearby and the people's trail is nearby as well. The management is nice, the only concern I've had is with when they said my lease ...renewal date was. Just a reminder to keep all your paperwork that you are given and or sign for proof if any questions come up. Overall, it's a nice, small community to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
