May 17, 2025The walls were extremely thin, you could hear the neighbors doing their business, people fighting outdoors. Hell there was a time that we heard a couple having a physical altercation inside their own unit, which the building was about 10-15 ft away from mine. While i was inside of our own unit with tv playing. - extremely thin walls. The AC units are extremely outdated. Ours never cooled down the unit. Our upstairs unit would reach 86° and it took maintenance/front office about a year and half to ...get us a new efficient one. We weren’t the only tenants with this issue. Our neighbor also had a dog and same issue and maintenance seemed to “never find an issue because it pushes out cold air” well, if it was pushing out cold air wouldn’t you think it could actually cool down the unit?? Dog owners never picked up their dogs waste, constant broken sprinklers so the grass would always be ice during winter. Window and door seals were broken. Cement steps for the staircases would break or feel extremely dangerous to step on. End of the day, don’t rent here unless you’re really nosey with your neighbors business, or enjoy living in 90° apartments in the peak of summer, or simply want to dive into a place that seems nice for the price but ends up being crap that you shouldn’t of used your money on.Property Manager Responded

Peace of mind
December 10, 2023I have zero complaints living here. Maintenance is always efficient and available. Front staff always communicates everything perfectly. Did we make a mistake?
June 16, 2021Beautiful outside but the inside is a bit dated. Our biggest issue right now is the AC which is important since we reach the 100s in EP. Cools most of the apartment but the air doesn't blow in the rooms. Maintenance and management didn't find anything wrong and tried to help as much as they can. It's still hot in my room. If anyone is thinking of moving in and is big on the temp in the apartment, just keep that in mind because no one informed us. August 14, 2020Covid-19 is a new way we have to change how we experience life, apartments arent able to be previewed before signing your lease. So its hard to understand why during this time certain COVID guidelines or exceptions arent put into place. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my apartment yet all that can be done according to a staff member is the lease could be canceled I will still be charged the full year and it will be reported to the credit. Windtree has made me feel as though they do ...not care about the well being of their community members I just moved in and am already extremely disappointed of this complex.Property Manager Responded

With these changes comes the online leasing. I can imagine it is hard to picture your new home from just looking at 3D tours and YouTube links . I assure you we are trying our best to provide you all with as much information as we possibly can to make your leasing experience as best as possible. Our top priority is resident satisfaction. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the space provided in your one bedroom apartment home.
