Wouldn't rent here
November 4, 2022I wouldn't have leased here if I knew how bad the staff is. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone after you sign your lease. They don't answer or return calls. They don't answer emails unless you email again every few days to follow up. I couldn't even get into the rent portal for 3+ months after moving in. Can't get them to send me a copy of the lease after asking several times and it's not uploaded on the rent portal. They charge us randomly for things each month and don't give us a ...heads up or explain why. Rent has gradually gone up each month with random charges they throw in. I wouldn't mind so much if they even just explained what the extra charges are for. In addition, the houses were built hastily and we've found that a lot of it was done cheaply- It falls apart. Paint comes off the walls if you just touch your fingernail on it. Bathroom electric plugs short out all the time because they didn't put standard waterproof ones in. They ignore maintenance requests when you put them in. We've had bad experiences with unfriendly neighbors. That's just off the top of my head.
