    Very unfriendly management

    My husband and I have been living in these apartments for two years. We had the pleasure to meet with a very friendly staff when we first moved into Windgate/North Gate apartments; unfortunately, the new managing staff is very rude and impolite. Every time we come in to pay our rent the manager seems very distressed. If you are looking to save money this is also not the place to be as they will charge you to replace a simple light bulb that we were told they would happily replace for us. I would ...

    The apartment is very nice and well kept up! They have fixed any problems that we have had ( and those have been minimal). It's a quiet place and haven't had any problems with neighbors. Everyone is very nice and friendly and it meakes a great place to live! :)
