Laundry never works + you have to pay. Infested with bugs. Landlords don't fix the AC and it has popcorn ceilings to cover up leaks in ceiling. There is no clubhouse and pool is $80 per year. There is no fitness center except the basketball court which is run down.

This place is not worth any amount of money. It is horribles. Walls were painted over dust and mold when I moved in. My home was flooded 3 times due to bad plumbing. There are damaged doors. Mold covered over paint in the bathtub. Maintenance never gets the job done.
