September 8, 2025Management and maintenance are excellent. The new ownership has made very nice upgrades. The biggest problem is price and the monthly fees for this complex and what are available for amenities is exorbitant. I would rather take my own garbage to the bin than pay $50 plus recycling fee that we don’t have (or at least offer it as optional). And the water/sewage is ridiculous!Property Manager Responded
