Not worth it
June 30, 2025Lived here for many years and dealt with typical rent increases and nearly once a month staff coming in. Always last minute notifications of when they will be coming in and expect you to be there with your pet, take them out, or secure them. Kind of difficult if you actually work and can’t be home. Also offer a renewal 5 months early, say you have 15 days to decide, then after 5 days they say they are rescinding it and you can’t renew at all for no reason and “policy says they can’t tell you the ...reason”.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2024This is by far the best apartment complex. I have lived at. The maintenance staff Tono,Erik,Sara and Misty are a great team. The office staff Mary,Gabriela,Celeste and Tylar are always quick to answer any questions I have. Stay away from this place
May 1, 2023Just got my lease renewal and they want 18% more per month for a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apartment and that is after a 15% increase last year. You will regret it if you move here as we now do.Property Manager Responded

Perfection!
June 30, 2021From the time I came in and did my tour, until moving in Natalia was just AMAZING!!! The entire process was MAGNIFICENT!!! The entire staff is FRIENDLY & Professional! I’ve been here 3 weeks and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it here!!!! They keep the grounds clean, no loud noise, gate security is AWESOME! Great place to live!
April 17, 2019Been here 3 years and have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with the office staff and those who maintain the property!! I moved here from Ohio and Windsor has finally given me a sense of home and community. Every complex will have maintenance and minor issues but Windsor handles them immediately - my sink backed up and they had someone come out the same day to fix it. I love living here and so does my dog - she's welcomed by everyone in the office and by those who maintain the ...property. Misty and Sara ride around with bags of dog treats for the furry residents and everyone always waves and says hello. In short, I recommend Windsor to anyone looking for a good, solid, well maintained property. Thank you Windsor!Property Manager Responded

Very Comfy!
September 22, 2015I've lived in two apartments before this one and this as to be the best one yet. It's very comfortable and spacious. It's somewhat affordable but it's worth every penny. The staff are great and really helpful. The maintenance come in a few minutes which is great. Living on the first floor has its disadvantages like unexpected insects and nosey neighbors upstairs.
