September 15, 2021I was very excited to move into Windsor at Main Place as it is described as a "Luxury" apartment complex, however this has been the worst experience out of anywhere I have ever lived. Unfortunately, I wish I never moved in. The apartment was not move in ready. The staff is nice, but problems should have been resolved prior to me arriving. The paint was wet, bathroom flooded, no AC, no hot water, stove caught on fire while preheating just to name some of the more major problems. The maintenance is very quick. Juan fixed a cabinet door I was told could not be fixed. He did excellent work, was professional, timely and honest. I really appreciate all the character traits. March 23, 2021My first complaint when I moved here was the hallways. Im glad somebody listened and the floors were redone & walls repainted, looks brighter and spacious. Management puts a lot of time/effort into maintenance/taking very good care of this place.They keep us informed via email.
