I was very excited to move into Windsor at Main Place as it is described as a "Luxury" apartment complex, however this has been the worst experience out of anywhere I have ever lived. Unfortunately, I wish I never moved in. The apartment was not move in ready. The staff is nice, but problems should have been resolved prior to me arriving. The paint was wet, bathroom flooded, no AC, no hot water, stove caught on fire while preheating just to name some of the more major problems. Furthermore, I was ...

Windsor at Main Place feels like a safe and calm place to live. The staff are very quick to help and never have negative attitudes, no matter how strange the question may be. The maintenance is very quick. There are times that they leave something off or wrong with my apartment with intention of coming back to fix it but I have had to remind them that it needed to be fixed after a long wait for their return.

I am very happy with Nancy and Cindy in the office and Juan in Maintenance. They all provided me excellent service with maintenance needs I had. At first, I was not sure if I made the best choice for myself regarding renting here, but once I started moving in and recognized the beauty of The Windsor, all the amenities available to me and that my apartment meets all my needs, I am very happy and content. Maintenance crew is friendly, efficient and does a good job. BUT the entire administrative team is the worst. Careless, nod but do nothing. And are letting the place go to the rats (literally! trash bin areas stink! trash bags are left all the time in the corridor and will be torn with strewn trash in the early morning!)

My first complaint when I moved here was the hallways. Im glad somebody listened and the floors were redone & walls repainted, looks brighter and spacious. Management puts a lot of time/effort into maintenance/taking very good care of this place.They keep us informed via email. I love this place, lived here 8 months and have no complaints so far.
