  • Stolen Vehicle on Property

    I am a current resident at this apartment complex, and my car was stolen from the parking deck. One of the selling qualities of this apartment complex is a gated parking deck. However, the gate to the parking deck has been broken for approximately 1 month, and the apartment has had no extra security measures put in place. My Infiniti q60, along with another resident's Infiniti q60, were stolen on March 17, 2024 at approximately 3:07 am. While the gate has been broken, there have been no onsite ...
    security officers or cameras. The investigating officer was the one who pointed out that there were no cameras throughout the deck to help with the investigation. The only way we know what time the car was stolen was because my license plate was pictured on a near by traffic cam. Upon speaking with the complex, they only have one camera at the entrance of the deck but they still were unable to help in anyway with footage or helpful tips. When speaking to the management office about the incident, the responding leasing officers gave off the impression, "That sucks it happened, but it's not our problem." It's not the apartment's fault that my vehicle was stolen, but the lack of security measures on their end definitely plays a huge role. Along with the gate being broken, the door on the second floor that leads to the apartment complex has been broken and left wide open for about two weeks as well. Before moving to this complex, consider your overall safety. This is Atlanta, GA, and certain things should be put in place for major cities like these, but this apartment has neglected to provide anything.

    The staff, especially maintenance, has been extremely helpful and responsive. I feel very safe in this location and do not have to worry about the usual concerns like packages getting stolen or my car getting broken into. Anytime anything breaks or I have a problem they will fix it even if it is 12am on a holiday. Love living here.

    I lost my job during Covid-19. I asked 30 days in advance to be released from my lease in September, after 6 months of no income. It is now February (5 months after my keys were turned in) and the Windsor has just now sent a final invoice including 30 day termination fee of $2,400 & to pay back the $250 consolation offered for a lease renewal. I could’ve, due to COVID laws, stayed without chances of possible legal eviction. Mind you, I am a parent to a teenager, who I currently don’t even have ...
    insurance for. I regret spending a dollar with a company so compassionless and money driven during these hard times.

    Great upscale apartments in Chamblee. The amenities and location are fantastic. If your apartment faces Peachtree Boulevard be prepared for some road noise but that's my only gripe.

    I've been at this apt complex for almost 3 years, and have had someone break into my storage unit. Just yesterday, I retrieved my bicycle from the storage Ride storage space, and someone stole my bike seat. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There's no sufficient security.

    I moved here last month and LOVE IT! My leasing agent was Jessica and she was sooo helpful. I visited four times- she probably showed me ten different apartments! She was so informative and helpful and really helped me narrow my choices and I'm so happy with the unit I chose. The whole team here is great. The apartment itself is wonderful and the amenities are 5 star resort living!

    Great amenities, like the apartment and its location regarding the floor level. Maintenance is the best I have every encountered in an apartment. I appreciated the hand sanitizer stations and rules regarding the number of people in the elevator. Management is very nice, just not always consistent with enforcing rules. The summer situation was ridiculous. There was an apartment on the bottom floor facing the pool and near the dog park area that would take over the area in front of its location ...
    each weekend. There was yelling, inordinate amounts of alcohol consumption; frankly, it was a frat house. At one point during the summer on a Sunday afternoon, and into the evening, there was a group of about 25 people partying, which ultimately led to a huge fight, and the Chamblee PD had to be called. For the price point paid, I feel there should be stricter enforcement of rules regarding noise and large party groups. Again, I have often felt like I was back in college. The overall theme is that the Covid rates were still high over the summer, and the social distancing recommended just wasn't there. Enforcement wasn't there.

    I was one of the first tenants to move in to Windsor Parkview. I've been so pleased with the community, the finishes and the staff that I don't intend to move. I typically move every two years and I'll be signing on for my fourth year in just a few months! I've only had one maintenance issue, which was handled really fast! The crew was kind and respectful. In all my (many) years of renting, I've never been so impressed with a maintenance crew.
