Great location, near shops and restuarants. Good walking community. But this compkex also has a huge smoking pribkem. Cigarettes, weed, etc at all hours of the day and night, even overnight when you are sleeping.

The maintenance team member repaired the problem--water leaking from the ceiling in the cardio express room. The run-off was at first collected in a receptacle. After it seemed to stop leaking, the run-off stared again & the repair work was done to stop the leak. The problem was repaired satisfactorily.

I wasn't sure if I would enjoy apartment living, as I've lived in my own home for over 25 years but was a victim of the Eaton Canyon Fire. However, Terraces at Paseo Colorado did not disappoint. I feel very comfortable here and the atmosphere is very comfortable with positive energy. Most importantly, I feel safe and that's what matters to me the most. temperature is very comfortable. I don't even need to turn the T-Stat on. Great management, great maintenance and great apartment.
