From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the prompt and attentive response to any requests or concerns. The management team is always on top of things, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents. The environment here is so friendly and welcoming. The staff makes a real effort to create a sense of community, and I’ve enjoyed ...meeting my neighbors. There’s a great balance of privacy and connection, and the atmosphere is always positive. One of the things that stands out most to me is the impeccable maintenance of the property. The grounds are always beautifully kept, and the common areas are spotless. The attention to detail in maintaining the building and the surrounding space truly makes Windsor Totem Lake feel like a resort-style living experience. April 9, 2025This is my favorite place I have ever lived in my life, more than my childhood home or my condo that I owned myself!! I can’t speak to other floorplans, but the studio that I live in and the one bedroom that I toured have genius floorplans! Whoever thought to double a hallway as a spacious kitchen deserves a Nobel prize for architecture lol! What a brilliant double use of space to add extra space to the living area!!! My kitchen in my studio apartment is bigger than in my previous two bedroom ...apartment as a result!! I would live here at Windsor forever if I weren’t pre-planned to move in with my boyfriend after this lease, who owns his childhood home… pretty sad thinking about leaving eventually, though, because I love this community and my apartment so incredibly much!
