    Windsor at Totem Lake is a very nice place to live. Management is very good to follow up on any issues if neighbors need reminders about community living such as noise levels, parking rules and shared space hours. As always, if you live in an apartment community, it is important to be considerate of your neighbors.

    I had a great and very smooth leasing process with the help of Aren, and Kaleb. They were super nice and answered all my questions. Kaleb was very attentive and made me feel comfortable in the community while showing me around the building and taking me to my parking spot.

    This is my favorite place I have ever lived in my life, more than my childhood home or my condo that I owned myself!! I can’t speak to other floorplans, but the studio that I live in and the one bedroom that I toured have genius floorplans! Whoever thought to double a hallway as a spacious kitchen deserves a Nobel prize for architecture lol! What a brilliant double use of space to add extra space to the living area!!! My kitchen in my studio apartment is bigger than in my previous two bedroom ...
    apartment as a result!! I would live here at Windsor forever if I weren’t pre-planned to move in with my boyfriend after this lease, who owns his childhood home… pretty sad thinking about leaving eventually, though, because I love this community and my apartment so incredibly much! Every minute in my home is a joy. thank you, Windsor, for such a wonderful living experience! I would recommend this complex to anybody!

    The maintenance technician came and told us that the filters we need for the exhaust fan are not on the stock and he'll take care of that latter. we still did not get them.

    The staff at Windsor are consistently available and helpful. My work order was complete in a timely manner. I was never inconvenienced. I have been at Windsor for 1 year and will renew my lease. It's a very nice and safe place to live.
