I love living here! I have lots of praise to offer about Windsor at Broadway Station, but first I have to say that the staff here are truly stellar! Rosangela is very intuitive and helpful. She helped me navigate thru a complicated move with such grace! Thank you Rosangela and team! ?? The property is well kept, and in the rare event when maintenance is needed, they usually come the same day. Residents are happy and friendly, and its pet friendly, adding to the bliss ?? and even though there are ...
many dogs, its nice and quiet. I could go on and on but I'll just say theres no place I'd rather be.

Windsor at Broadway station outsourced their on call maintenance team and I had a very poor experience with the system. Would not currently recommend anyone report building problems because you will automatically be made the point of contact for BUILDING issues.

It's the best luxury apartment you can find in Denver for an affordable price. You get good community amenities and closeness to the city without the city rush. Many places like grocery stores, restaurants, and bus stops are walking distance.

I first did my tour with Lauren and she was so nice and energetic! She has helped and checked in with me every step of the way. She even checked in with me after I moved in and have been living here a month. Rosa in the office is also very nice and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Broadway Station to everyone who is looking for a new place to live!

This place has beat all my expectations. The move in process was easy, and the building is conveniently located and well maintained. I love my floorplan and I feel safe and secure and happy here.
