Avoid!! Poor Maintenance and Management

Lived at 808 Winflo for a year, great location but that is the only pro. When I first moved in only one outlet worked and the shower also did not work.. it took management over a week to fix it, when the apartment obviously was not ready to be moved in. The walls are also paper thin and you can clearly hear what everyone is doing in their apartment. The paint is chipping away all of the building and the floors are not even level. Beautiful Building and Neighborhood

I just moved in to my apartment at 808 Winflo and I have to say that the building and area are absolutely gorgeous. Because I moved here from pretty far away, I didn't have the luxury of being able to come and see the place for myself before moving in. Obviously I had only the pictures on this website to assume what the apartment would look like before moving in, and I know from experience that the pictures can be very misleading, so my standards were not set very high. However, as we were ...

approaching the apartment complex I was astounded that it was located in such a beautiful area. Surrounded by large, gorgeous homes up in the hills of Austin, I could actually see the skyline downtown from the street. And the apartment itself was much nicer than anything I'd anticipated. Needless to say, I am very impressed and would recommend moving here to anyone looking for an inexpensive home in a beautiful area.
