October 12, 2015Perfect "stater" apartment. Don't be fooled by the price, the one bedrooms (currently renting) are spacious. The neighbors are super friendly. Te only thing I would change is the fact that there are no security cameras. But other than that, this is a great place to start building your credit.Review from Apartments.com

September 24, 2015I found my apartment 4 months ago on apartments.com and I immediately applied because of the monthly rent and the services offered. It's a quiet pleasant place for a creative person like me to live. I love the simplicity of the floor plans and the view from my balcony. Everything is pretty much close to me to a point where I often do not even need a vehicle. I enjoyed the pool in the summer and I'm looking forward to making the most of our basketball rim this fall. Although the buildings were ...erected in the seventies, they appear to be quite strong. The only thing that I wish was different was the thickness of the ceilings. It's a non smoking, pleasant and quiet place for someone like me who is creative. Even though the buildings were erected in the 1970s, they appear to be quite strong and I love the simplicity of the floor plans. I enjoyed the pool in the summer and I am looking forward to making the most of the basketball rim this fall. August 1, 2015I grow up around the new hope area"though word of mouth" the wingate apartments have always had its ups an down But i love it really nice place to live great management fantastic outdoor poor party room. An nice number of places to shop highway near by so ya i have enjoyed my stayReview from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015The outdoor pool is spacious and always clean. I love the size on their one bedroom apartment. Just perfect for a new couple. There is limited parking space which can be a pain when you have overnight guests because you cannot park on the streets between 2am-5am. Brand new community room built with a deck facing down to the pool. You can hear the trains blowing the horns numerous times throughout the day very loudly. Cat friendly which I love but for some reason they won't accept dogs. The halls ...are quiet but the caretaker is a bit too nosey for my liking. The washers and dryers seem to always be out of order which makes it quite inconvenient. Garages are a bit outdated and could use a makeover. Residential community.
