true. Already happen to us. At the beginning we wrote on the inspection sheet that the mini blinds wands wasn't there for the reason never worked properly and never nobody came for fix it. We received the apartment without shower rods. When they show us the apartment they never told us, that the shower rods are included and wasn't on the inspection sheet. Some apartments didn't include it so we bought 2 showers rods. So what! Now they charged us for replace 2 shower rods and 2 mini blinds. I called them and explained that we wrote on the inspection sheet the problem with the mini blinds and nobody told us that they included the shower rods. I told her "you inspected the apartment before gave me the keys, so you knew it that the showers rods wasn’t there and it's not included on the inspection sheet. How I will know it" K.P. said "I will call you back for resolve this issue". WE ARE STILL WAITING!!!.... We received a letter by K.H with a check. They took our money and charged us at the end anyway. They do not care and sent a check with the rest of the security deposit. They didn't anything. I'm right because we wrote it on the inspection sheet. A NEW WAY TO STEAL!!

when someone does move in there. Good location though, my husband and I both work at the hospital in Greenwood and travel time is only about 10-15 minutes. While nothing is really in "walking" distance, travel time to anywhere in town is not bad at all.
