This was easily the smoothest transition I have experienced from an apartment complex. The unit was clean and in great shape upon move in. The location is fairly central without excessive traffic noise. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the complex is well taken care of. I recently was dumb enough to clog my toilet when something fell into it, and they responded immediately and took care of the problem.
