I would say that there are a lot of rules compared to other places that I’ve lived, but they are for creating a comfortable environment for all that live there. This was easily the smoothest transition I have experienced from an apartment complex. The unit was clean and in great shape upon move in. The location is fairly central without excessive traffic noise. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and the complex is well taken care of. I recently was dumb enough to clog my toilet when something fell into it, and they responded immediately and took care of the problem. The maintenance staff are amazingly responsive and also always have a friendly greeting when you pass them.
