Will take your deposit, charge you, package thieves

DON'T LIVE HERE!! And if you already do, be sure to take plenty of pictures upon checking out on your last day. Not only will they find a reason to keep your deposit, they will charge extra on top it. Was charge for a garbage disposal replacement for something they had refuse to come fix while I live there. Charged for two carpet cleaning when it was only a one bedroom, wood flooring in living room. Charge for cleaning for a spotless apartment. On top of it, your packages are not safe, your ...
garage will get broken into. I am ANGRY! not because of the charges, but because of how I KNOW I left that apartment. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

The good reviews have to be fake.

Hallways are stinky and they finally put up cameras to help with the package thieves. Noisy neighbors and the security door is always broken. The door that leads to the connecting garages is broken and hasn’t been fixed for months. Also they don’t take your concerns seriously, and nobody answers the phone at the office- EVER! Run run run. The good reviews are opposite of what actually goes i’m CONVINCED they are written by management or bots.

Wolf creek is a great and affordable place to live. Really love and appreciate my attached garage during the winter and the apartments are very spacious. Still hoping for a security system (CAMERAS) for a safer community.

I am amazed with Wolf Creek, not only for their buildings and great apartments but the staff here truly care and they are quick when responding to our needs! I have rented in Fargo the past three years and have never been so satisfied with a rental company. I will renew my lease with them until it comes time to purchase a home!
