Not worth moving here
December 14, 2024Management's failure to maintain the property is unacceptable.Office personnel are unavailable except during the weekly rent collection period; property issue inquiries remain unanswered or are met with unsubstantiated denials of responsibility. We are obligated to pay for trash services despite not receiving the full service, The current policy permits pets, despite instances of owner negligence that have negatively impacted other residents.Review from Apartments.com
Maintenance Problems Galore
July 15, 2023Plumbing Problems, horrible parking lot to name a few are insane here. Live here and would recommend people stay away. Had plumbing problems for over 6+ months and still have a ceiling that continues to leak water into bedrooms and bathrooms. If you make a maintenance request be prepared to wait even if your place is leaking water. Either management doesn't care about its tenants or the apartment complex is just to far beyond to repair. Make sure your car has good shock absorbers because ...driving through this lot your bound to hit potholes every 12 inches. Drive slow too because the lot isn't wide enough to fit 2 cars most of the time on each side. I'd give this place less then one star if it would let me. I stay here because my son is a Senior in High School so I'm Sol right now.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
