PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! BLACK MOLD!
February 2, 2021This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.. I lived here for a year and a half and my apartment was full of MOLD! It ruined all of my personal belongings. We told management about it 3 times and then finally they had some people come out and look at it and they said we had the worst apartment they've looked at in a very long time. They "fixed" the wall in the bedroom, and by fixed I mean they cut part of the wall out and patched it back up. The real ...kicker is that they put the moldy wall trim back on the wall after they "fixed" it. They also didn't put the heater back in the wall fully.. We talked to the owner and she said we could pay half rent. We weren't living there for an entire month because they took 3 weeks to fix it. Then, they took a week to come back out to put the trim back on. The mold got in our bed, our clothes, and it grew on all of our furniture. I had to throw almost every thing I owned away when I moved out. The mold then spread to the kitchen and grew inside of all of the cupboards. July 27, 2018The manager is very very rude, the police are called out there at least once a week. Kids are loud running up and down the stairs. I called the office in regards to tenants not picking up after their log. I gave the office the dog breed, description and the building number that the tenant went into. All it takes is a little detective work from the office to determine the identity of the tenant. Good school system, terrible management!
July 4, 2018This management has gradually gone downhill over the past 3-4 years. They care less and less for the appearance and take no pride in the pool. It’s filthy, and rarely filtered. They hold the pool over their tenants heads like it’s some bargaining chip, when in fact, it was a listed amenity when we signed our lease. For example, it’s the 4th of July.....90 degrees, sunny.....and yep, pool is closed. There’s no basketball court/tennis court. No playground. August 8, 2015I chose to live here so my boys would grow up in a great area & could attend an excellent school system. I've lived here for over 14 years. I'm a single mom who's always worked 2 jobs to provide the best for them. We initially started out in a 2 bedroom apartment here & 2 years ago I have been able to upgrade to a 3 bedroom townhouse. I made a promise to my boys that we wouldn't move until they all graduated. Two of my boys graduated from SHS & my baby graduates in 3 years. This is home.Review from Apartments.com
A visit to Woodridge
May 20, 2013As a Senior this complex was in a good location and I was offered a condo which seemed just right for me. I opted not to move in as I decided on an adult community only. It was really taking shape and lots of flowers being planted around the pool area. Fun place for children to live for sure!Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2013I visited a fiend that just moved in a little while ago and was disgusted the minute I opened the door to the hallway. The hall smelled badly and the walls had holes all in them and the floors and carpet were a mess. The outside was poorly kept as well. the bushes had weeds taller than the bushes mixed in with them. The apartment it's self was OK but you can just tell that whoever is suppose to be maintaining this place is doing a pretty poor job of it. Will not live here after my 12 months is up
October 6, 2014We have not been here six months yet and we have had a terrible experience here. The neighbors allow their children to run around unsupervised. They are loud, disruptive, and disrepectful of our property. The apartment looks nice but it is obvious that they just painted over everything instead of making repairs. The kitchen had a new stove and fridge, but the dishwasher is so disgusting that we don't even use it. The washer and dryer are in the same state as the dishwasher and we have been ...talking with management to try and have it replaced with no avail. The area around our apartment is nice and the grounds are well kept.
