The townhomes are in desperate need of updating. The kitchen is very large and could easily accommodate a full size washer and dryer but unfortunately they are in the small storage closet outside each home. It's not a great neighborhood and declining fast, going outside to get to your own washer and having your back to the door as you deal with your laundry can be unnerving.
The doors and windows are so old the heat or cold comes through. The gaps around my front and rear doors are so large I can ...
see outside through them. Hench my electric bill is high. The back door is the old glass that you turn a crank to open but is filled with cob webs so who would even want to. The windows in the 2nd bedroom rattle when the wind blows.
The shower has a glass door but its so old, damaged and moldy and the hand rails are missing on the inside. We have to push against the glass to open or close it.
Also the spiders are everywhere!
The only good thing about living here is the office manager she is wonderful. Hopefully the owners stop being so cheap and fix these apartments up before they are to far gone.
